Reply drafts in the HeadHack mini app

In short, if you missed it: in approval mode the assistant does not send the reply itself but prepares a draft and waits for your decision. How that works, and why a risky answer never reaches the other person at all, is in the post about drafts and disclosure protection. Back then drafts lived only in the chat with the bot. Now they have a place of their own in the app.

“Messages”: drafts and history side by side

The messages icon on the home screen now carries a counter: how many replies went out without you and how many drafts are waiting for a decision. Inside there are two tabs — “Drafts” and “History”. Under every draft it says what is happening to it: “Waiting for your decision”, or “Will send on its own” with the time, if a delay is set.

One tap to decide

• “Send” — the reply goes to the other person as it is.
• “Shorter”, “Longer”, “Differently” — the assistant rewrites the text without changing what it says.
• “I will write it” — a window with an input field opens and you answer in your own words.
• “Do not reply” — the draft closes and nothing is sent.

The buttons in the app and in the chat with the bot are the same and follow the same rules. Send a draft in the app and the card in the bot chat knows about it, and the other way round. Two different answers to one message will never go out.

History: what the assistant answered without you

The “History” tab holds the recent conversations: the other person's message and the assistant's reply. Any conversation opens in full on its own page, and an “Open in Telegram” button takes you to the chat itself — for when you want to carry on in person.

A delay: the reply goes out on its own if you are busy

A reply can be given a delay of up to three hours. The draft waits: answer yourself in time and it is cancelled, miss the window and it goes out at the appointed moment. In the list such a draft says exactly that — “Will send on its own”, with the time.
